Below is Anime Hauz N’ Stuff’s return policy. If you want to return an item to us, please read and follow the instructions. You can also contact or email us, and one of our representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand our return policy and make sure the criteria are met before sending an item back to us.

What are the conditions for requesting a return or refund?

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Products are only valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges if they were received with a defect or damage.
  • Returns or refunds due to a change of mind will not be accepted. We cannot take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Defective products can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 7 days of receiving your order. Outside this timeline, the product may have been exposed to factors beyond our control that could have contributed to the damage or defect.
  • Products must be in their original purchase condition and must be unused.
  • Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you have received a damaged item, please email us at animehauz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please attach photos of the item and describe in detail the issue you are experiencing. We would be more than happy to assist you.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or package?

This will rarely happen, but in the event that you receive the wrong item or package, please send us a note at animehauz@gmail.com, and we would love to get your correct purchase to your doorstep immediately.

What items are non-returnable and non-refundable?

There will be no returns or refunds on video games.
