Shipping Information

Anime Hauz 'N Stuff currently offers international shipping to over 180 countries and several U.S. Territories.

We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and the shipping option you choose.

  • International Express: Shipments are delivered in 7-10 days after leaving our international shipping facility.
  • International Economy: Shipments are delivered in 10-30 days after leaving our international shipping facility.

These timeframes are in addition to the standard shipping time for an item to arrive at the international shipping facility from Anime Hauz 'N Stuff in California.

Note: If you are shipping an order to an APO/FPO/DPO or Puerto Rico address, please use our U.S. site to place an order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item and destination.

Our site will always display your order total in your selected currency, including all shipping rates or fees. There are no additional charges or duties when the product arrives at your door.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your selected service level (International Economy or International Express), item type and quantity, total order weight, and the destination's postal code. Any additional charges for shipping, duties, or tax are available for your review before you complete your purchase.

Please Note: All international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Restrictions

Items available for international shipping vary depending on the delivery address. Please review the following restrictions for international orders:

  • Some items are not eligible for international shipping due to size and customs restrictions. Unfortunately, some items on our U.S. site may not be available internationally.
  • Our system may prompt you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your destination country does not permit its import.
  • We cannot ship items valued over $5,000 or orders totaling more than $5,000. If your order totals over $5,000, please place separate orders, each totaling under $5,000.
  • International shipping restrictions prevent shipping oversized items outside the U.S. At this time, items over 150 lbs. (68 kg) cannot be shipped internationally.
  • Due to import restrictions, select jewelry items and cosmetics are not available for international destinations.

International Pricing

If VAT applies to your destination country, this charge is included in the item price. At checkout, Duty & VAT charges are combined; you may still see an amount on that line if duties apply to your order.

The prices on our product pages include an International Service Fee, which covers additional fulfillment costs for international destinations. This fee is included to help us provide a wider range of products and a higher level of service for our international customers. We are constantly working to improve our systems to help reduce these charges.

Insurance

Shipment insurance protects your order against damage or loss while it's in transit. You can purchase shipment insurance for 2% of your order's cost, which covers the value of your entire order. This insurance is automatically included at checkout. To opt out, click “Remove” next to the Insurance field before you submit your order.

Our employees are thoroughly trained on proper packaging methods to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. However, we encourage our customers to use our insurance program to protect against accidental damage. Without insurance, you cannot file a claim for any loss or damage that occurs during the international shipping process.

Shipping Internationally from the U.S.

If you are located in the U.S. and would like to ship an order to an international recipient, you must use our International Checkout. Visit the International section of our website and select the destination country. Our international site will narrow your search to only display inventory available for delivery to that country. You will receive a guaranteed order total for your international order, including all customs tariffs, taxes, and international shipping charges. You can still pay in U.S. dollars and use a U.S. credit card.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When you select a basic shipping carrier like USPS, UPS Ground, or other international shipping options, please be aware that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
