Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Situations that may lead to order cancellation include, but are not limited to, limitations on the quantities available for purchase, or errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information. We will notify you in case of any such cancellation and will reverse the amount charged to your credit or debit card.

By the Customer

You can cancel your order or some items in your order before the item is shipped and the bill is generated. You also have the opportunity to exchange the merchandise or get a refund by returning the item to us. However, returns are accepted only for specific items (excluding perishables, made-to-order items, or items of personal hygiene such as undergarments or cosmetics) that are in unused and saleable condition with their original packaging and tags. The product must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date it was delivered. Please read our Returns Policy for additional details.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for specific toys, fragrances, cosmetics, undergarments, gift vouchers, and made-to-order or altered merchandise. If we receive a cancellation notice for any of these products before processing begins, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, gift voucher orders cannot be canceled or returned.
